Maintenance Tenant Satisfaction Survey
The Maintenance Contact Centre conducts surveys of customers who have received maintenance work. The survey asks customers a set of five questions, which have a Yes or No response.

From the navigation menu on the left, select Repairs and then Works Orders.
Search for the works order using the Quick Search or Advanced Search function.
From the Works Order region, select the relevant works order.
From the top navigation menu, select Survey Details, then select Create and Create Issued Survey.
From the Create Survey Details window, select Maintenance Tenant Satisfaction Survey from the drop down and then select Save.
The survey has been created.

From the Survey Details region, select the Parent/Child Icon against the recently created survey and select the Unanswered Questions drop down.
From the Unanswered Questions region, select the row action button against the relevant question, then select Maintain Survey Answers.
On the Maintain Survey Answers window, select Yes or No from the Answer field. Select the Expand Icon to add comment if required. Select Save.
Repeat this process for all five questions.
